The Animals
At Baylham House Farm we have six flocks of breeding sheep, Norfolk Horns, Greyface Dartmoors, Balwens, Llanwenogs, Herdwicks and Ouessants.
We keep White Park and Highland cattle.
We breed both Pygmy and Golden Guernsey goats and breed Middle White, Berkshire and Kune Kune pigs, the latter being the wonderfully friendly Maori pigs from New Zealand.
We are happy to advise you on the husbandry of any of the animals or breeds that we keep and also sell you any young stock that we have bred. You should be aware that we usually have a waiting list for lambs, piglets and goat kids so it is advisable to get your name on the appropriate list if you are thinking of getting some animals.
We also run animal husbandry courses during the year, customised to meet individual needs.
