| Dear Ann Thank you for your enquiry. All our 2005 Pygmy kids have already gone. We will be having more next spring and will be able to supply you by about next August / September. Two points: A. As you obviously want to breed, why don't you get two nanny kids first of all and get your billy a year later. If you get a billy kid at the same time as the nanny kid you will have to keep them separately until they are mature enough to breed (at least a year) and until then you will have two herd animals being kept alone which is very stressful for them. B. Don't expect your goats to eat much grass. They are browsers rather than grazers. |
