Volunteering

Do you fancy becoming a Baylham House Volunteer?

We have always welcomed volunteers to help us to look after our animals and the land. Over the years they have become an essential part of our working farm. We have benefited from teenagers wanting work experience before applying to veterinary college, pig lovers wanting to spend time close to their favourite animal,

carpenters who like to mend things,

frustrated gardeners wanting to work on a big project, conservationists wanting to improve the environment, agricultural students wanting work experience and groups such as guides and office workers wanting to build team spirit or simply have a work-out in the fresh air. Some volunteers have stayed with us for years, others for a summer, some until their project is complete.
